Preparatory Phase
  1. Prior to the set-up of a new sub-fund, it is of the utmost importance for every involved party to understand what exactly its features are meant to be, and for what precise reasons. A questionnaire was hence prepared for this purpose 
     
  2. Based on the completed questionnaire, we will work closely with you in order to ensure that the future fund will comply with the UCITS legal and regulatory framework, while meeting your requirements
     
  3. We accompany you through the process of choosing the right service providers: asset managers, custodian, administrator, auditor, compliance officer, money laundering reporting officer, investments advisor, broker, legal advisor, company secretary
     
  4. A principle agreement is signed between Blue Tiger and the actual initiator summarising the main features of the future fund   
     
Set Up Phase
  1. The set up and the opening of the fund is enacted by a resolution of the Board of Directors of The Solid Future UCITS Fund SICAV p.l.c.
     
  2. A draft application form togheter with supporting documentation is prepared and filed to the regulator. The non-refundable application fee is paid
     
  3. The regulator issues its 'in principle' approval for the issue of a licence
     
  4. Signed copies of the revised application form togheter with supporting documents are submitted in their final format
     
  5. Once the regulator issues the licence, we ensure that the fund is ready for distribution
Support Phase

Once your fund is up and running, we ensure for its continuation. Issues raised during its functioning will be covered. Amongst others, we ensure:
